Another year has come to an end, the Christmas break has given us a well-deserved rest, and now we are ready to go again. 

During 2023, we launched new products on the market that were very successful. From the innovative Napoli Pizza Peel, a heartfelt tribute to the city of pizza and the tradition of Neapolitan pizza makers, to the Woodtech Pizza Peel, which echoes the aesthetics of the classic wooden peel with all the advantages of aluminium, and the two-piece handles with 2SMART technology to make it easier to transport the utensils. In the light of our journey, today we feel strong and enthusiastic. We would therefore like to convey the words of Gi.Metal CEO Marco d'Annibale with a reflection on the past year and the upcoming one:

“The year just ended was, once again, full of challenges and uncertainties.

GI.METAL, like many other companies, has not stopped believing in a better future, reporting, as we know how to do, all the good that revolves around the world of pizza, starting with wonderful people, of every nationality, gender, age..., united by an irrepressible passion, people who recognise and respect each other.

For the beginning of 2024, what can we say...., once again, we will roll up our sleeves and renew, all together, our commitment to give pizza makers, professionals and amateurs, tools to help them in their daily challenges. To this end, we will still invest significant resources in new technologies, materials, software, training. We will always try to be one step ahead, and we will try to do so together with you.”

To crown this reflection, we look forward to meeting you in person again. The industry’s trade fair season is about to begin and we are ready to start again - in the truest sense of the word! - to show you our products and bring you into the world of Gi.Metal. Here are the first trade fairs we will attend, in Italy and abroad.
